Skútog & His 4 Minions can be found near the crossing on the river in the center of the Norcrofts. They are a group of melee mobs, you should dispatch his minions 1st, then take down Skútog himself, be sure to lay some damage down on Skútog before engaging his minions, just in case someone pulls him away…
